This book demonstrates on how to use evidence-based training assessment approaches and methodologies on training needs analysis, validation of training needs, post training assessments, designing and implementing the individual learning plan and training impact assessment in procurement planning and supply chain management.
Its main strength is the use of evidence-based approach and methodologies beyond the theories which has really strengthened the basic characteristics of the book. The subject matter has been presented systematically in two parts with twelve chapters, which can enable the reader to master the practical approaches and evidence based methodologies covered without any additional guidance. In keeping with the basic objective of making the learning of the ‘practical approaches and evidence-based methodologies on training needs analysis, validation of training needs, post training assessments, designing and implementing the individual learning plan and training impact assessment in procurement planning and supply chain management’, the following parts and chapters have been revised as per the suggestions.
